We deliver to Spain and the whole of Europe. If you are not in this area, please contact us and we will send you a personalized delivery cost and time.

LEAD TIME
For deliveries to Spain (Iberic Peninsula and Balear Islands): Under normal circumstances, purchased items will be delivered within 8-10 working days from shipment date (management and preparation not included).
For deliveries outside Spain (Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Europe and worldwide), please contact us at gestión@nenamalo.es
DELIVERY FEES
Your delivery costs will be specified when completing purchase.
Once you introduce your delivery and billing information and always before confirming the purchase, you will see the delivery charges.
Delivery Fees for orders inside Spain will vary depending on the size and weight of your items.
Delivery fees for orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will vary depending on the weight and size of your items.
For international orders, please contact us and we will give you detailed information on the shipping costs and terms.
For deliveries of furniture or large items, delivery fees will vary depending on the delivery address, weight and size of your items.
If no one is available to receive your order: in the event that there is no-one to receive your item, our delivery team will try a second attempt with no extra charge for you, confirming with telephone number provided in the order.
If a third attempt needs to be made, extra charges will be incurred.
