RETURNS POLICY

If any item should be returned because of a defect or because it is not exactly what you ordered, please call us or email us at gestion@nenamalo.es as soon as possible.

You will have 48 hours to provide notice and we will give you a solution with no added costs for you. We will cover the pick-up and a new delivery of the items.

Should the reason for a return be personal, you will be able to make a return or exchange with an added cost for you.

You will have 7 days to cancel your order, and you will have to do so by emailing us at gestion@nenamalo.es, and making sure the item is still in its original package, unopened and in perfect condition.

In this case, you will have an extra charge for the pick-up service.

Once we have received your returned merchandise, and checked it is in good condition, you will receive in no more than 15 days a one-year-valid voucher for the amount of your order minus the initial delivery charges.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Products with particular characteristics such requested by our clients (in special measurements or colors) may not be returned unless damaged in the shipping. So please, make sure to check all your merchandise the moment you receive it.
